Many people suffer from diabetes and, unfortunately, their day is chaotic. They need to be worrying all the time about their sugar levels and need to handle a needle from time to time. But…

The worrying days are finally over! Our client developed a device that helps diabetic people and make their day much easier. This device provides up to 3 days of
- stop insulin delivery, without the need to handle a needle.

In this job, your mission is saving these people like a true superhero. Your duties are: assist the people that already have this device and you will give them some technical support in order to help them and fix their devices. And you also will give information about our device to other companies that want to purchase it.

To be the superhero that diabetic people want and need you only need three things: English level C1 or C2 and Spanish native level because you will be saving lifes via email or cell phone; Have experience in technical support or troubleshooting for at least 1 year.

Because you are a superhero, you can work from home! About your work schedule, you will be working 8 hours per day with an additional lunch hour break. Further, more information will be handed to you.
