We're looking for a Fraud Analyst!

Help keep a popular social media platform safe by spotting and fighting fraud!

Your Tasks

• Prepare chargeback documents using clear templates & rules
• Check if users meet the risk criteria
• Review ID documents to make sure they're real
• Decide who gets blacklisted or whitelisted
• Spot new fraud trends & share your insights
• Investigate failed transactions
• Collect screenshots to build strong cases
  
  

• Experience in fraud or chargeback cases (tech industry is a big plus!)
• Knowledge of payment types like credit cards, Pay
  Pal & E-wallets
• Great analytical &
  - solving skills
• A team player with strong focus & ethics
