world awaits you in Lisbon,
starting this August

We're looking for
fluent English-speaking Customer Support agents
in Lisbon to be part of a growing team with career expansion possibilities.

You'll provide Customer Support for adventurous customers whose passion is to hit the road in a campervan and discover the world on four wheels You'll help with rentals, assistance, guidance, and lease contracts to provide the best travel experience for our customers.

What you must have:

• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Fluent English
  (Native or
  - native level)
• If you also speak Spanish or another language, it's a great plus
  for your application.
• Currently living in Lisbon
  with availability to work in the office (Av. da República, right next to Entrecampos station).
• Excellent communication skills
  , both spoken and written.
• Enjoy
  Customer Support
  and be attentive to our clients' satisfaction, able to provide
  - notch support for various situations.
• All necessary documents
  to work in Portugal.

What you will receive:

• Base salary
  of €1, 000 gross per month (x 14 payments).
• English language bonus
  of €100 gross per month (x 12 payments).
• Meal allowance
  of €7 net per day worked.
• Working hours:
  11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday (during the first 4 weeks). Shifts will then rotate and may include weekends.
• On-site job
  in the city center of Lisbon, with the possibility of progressing to a hybrid or even remote model after 3 months, based on performance.

• Start date: September 1st
