Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will be to provide support to small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – via chat, email and phone. Therefore, you will support and expand the
- serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and
- sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
