We are hiring a Customer Back-office Agent – English Speaker for a leading multinational company in the logistics sector, located in Leça do Balio (Porto).
What we offer:
Permanent contract (with a 6-month probation period)
Base salary: €1008.17
Meal allowance: €9/day (meal card)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 14h- 23h (inicial training will be done from 09h-18h).

What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English – minimum level C1
Fast learner, goal-oriented, objective, and available
Strong communication and organizational skills
Your main responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to clients
