? What you’ll do:

Support small and medium businesses using Facebook Ads

Help via chat, email, and phone (pre- and
- sales)

Solve technical issues and guide users on platform tools

Keep users happy and coming back ?

? What we’re looking for:

English fluency (minimum C1)

Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork

Able to handle sensitive info with care

Valid work docs for Portugal (no "manifestação de interesse")

Ready to start training on May 26th or June 9th

Open to 8-hour shifts, including nights or weekends
