English-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit an English‑speaking Junior O2C Specialist. This role supports the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process in the medical device sector, focusing on order management, billing, collections follow‑ups, and reconciliations. Your Role

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries.
• Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform daily cash applications for customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging reports, follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices, and assist in resolving any billing issues.
• Resolve simple customer queries and escalate more complex cases as needed.
• Assist in reconciliations, month‑end and quarter‑end closing, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer master data in the ERP system.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations (2–5 years is a plus).
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables are preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Net
  Suite) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
