Job Description
As a English-Speaking KYC Client Service Manager, you will:
- Manage contact with customers
- Keep KYC information up to date
- Check data in systems and ensure accuracy
- Obtain missing information/documents as necessary
- Update system data with new supporting documents
- Perform activity statistics
- Collaborate with commercial, IT, and compliance teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Good level of English (oral and written) OR French (oral and written)
- University degree in Management or relevant field
- Technical skills to work independently and credibly within the team
- Strong communication skills with diverse internal stakeholders
- Basic computer proficiency
