What You’ll Do
- Focus on new business and developing existing customer accounts for higher penetration through customer account management.
- Perform business dealings, negotiate and sign contracts, and identify opportunities and strategies to win business from the customers.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- Execute the timely delivery of sales activities, in line with sales targets, around customer acquisitions, customer retentions, and customer care within the assigned sales segment.
- Ensure that the sales solutions for customer needs and requirements are aligned to Vodafone's sales strategy.
- Plan and develop a customer‑specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.
- Guide the team in understanding the customer industry.
- Build and maintain strong relations and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver activities in response to internal/external business issues that impact revenue, cost or margin.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and effectively interact with wider stakeholder groups.
- Work effectively with colleagues to influence customer decisions through specific sales skills, product and industry knowledge.
- Use best‑practice knowledge to provide thought leadership for delivery of negotiations and signing of contracts.
- Cooperate with internal teams (e. g. , Technology, Marketing, Commercial Management) to prepare individual business customer solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide informal guidance to junior staff, when appropriate.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the telco sector.

- Experience in selling technical solutions and solid knowledge of the IT sector.

- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
