Sysmatch is an IT consultancy and outsourcing company with over two decades in the IT market, offering a wide range of technological skills. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team and contribute to robust, scalable solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in creating C4 diagrams for clear and understandable visualization of architecture – preferably with Draw. io / diagrams. net.
• Knowledge in cloud governance, API design,
  - driven architecture, data architecture (data mesh, data governance), and messaging technologies (Kafka, SQS, Artemis
  MQ, JMS).
• Ability to combine
  - level governance with
  - on support: facilitate architecture workshops and coach solution architects, including support for documentation, quality standards, and professional development, in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Value-oriented mindset: every architecture decision is guided by its business impact.
• Excellent communication and soft skills: proactive stakeholder engagement, network building, independent presentations, and convincing delivery.
• Very good English (C1) in spoken and written form; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Senior Solution Architect – ideally in Microservices, AWS, and Kubernetes – with a strong background in application and integration architectures.
• Initial or advanced experience in Enterprise Architecture Management; ideally familiar with frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong motivation to grow into the Enterprise Architect role and bridge
  - on solution architecture with
  - level governance, standards, and value focus.
• Ideally experience with EAM/repository tools (e. g. , Lean
  IX, Confluence).
• Nice to have: TOGAF certification or participation in an intensive program; AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Architect; background in software development (Java, Python) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions); familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
