Job description

Your mission will be to drive an entertainment strategy that will include a full on entertainment program as well as managing social media. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, who will support you on your strategy.

Some of the tasks & responsibilities you will have are:

Entertainment

• Search and booking of DJs & live bands ensuring that they match Mama’s positioning and budget;
• Managing & nurture relationships with DJs and musicians;
• Lead & support the team in the management of ambience, sound and light in the restaurant and rooftop;
• Create & manage special events;
• Management of billing and other admin work.

Social Media

• Point of contact & liaison with Mama Shelter central marketing as well as with our dedicated comms agency;
• Coordinate & supervise content that is shared on social media by agency;
• Ensure our brand DNA is showcased in everything we do.
