Your responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

Collect and update customer data.

Provide product information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements).

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with professional and friendly responses.

Your profile EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Native French speaker with a good level of English.

Salary :

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
