Schedule: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 17:00; Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

About The Role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international service team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing a high‑quality support experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone email, and chat
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate solutions
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps or product features
• Maintain records and follow internal procedures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams when needed
• Ensure a positive service experience and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (C1+) — mandatory
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work on‑site in Porto
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Accepted Legal Status for On‑Site Work in Portugal
