Your Responsibilities Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat

Respond to subscription, payment, and technical questions

Update and manage customer information accurately

Provide clear and helpful product information

Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements EU citizenship or valid residency card

Native-level French and good English (minimum B2)

Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Enthusiastic about
- solving and helping others

Willing to relocate to Lisbon and integrate into an international team

Offer and Benefits Renewable 12-month

Full-time position (40 hours/week), rotating shifts

Two salary options:

• With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 040 gross/month

• Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month
