Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Advisor
Join our client's Early in Career Recruitment team and play a key role in hiring top talent across EMEA, focusing on
- level positions. You will partner mainly with managers in Portugal, supporting roles in Customer Experience, Operations, and Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, evaluate, and close candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare hiring teams and lead interview processes.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and advocate for candidates.
- Lead
- off meetings, debriefs, and provide regular updates to hiring managers. - Participate in ETR projects and focus on sourcing passive candidates.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of

- end recruitment experience, preferably in tech and early career hiring. - Skilled in ATS management and diverse sourcing methods (Creative Connections, referrals, networks).
- Passionate about inclusive hiring and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Able to manage multiple searches independently in a
- paced environment. - Strong relationship builder across all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English.
Only candidates based in Lisbon Metropolitan Area will be considered.
12 months contract
