Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Advisor
Join our client's Early in Career Recruitment team and play a key role in hiring top talent across EMEA, focusing on
- level positions. You will partner mainly with managers in Portugal, supporting roles in Customer Experience, Operations, and Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
Source, evaluate, and close candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Prepare hiring teams and lead interview processes.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and advocate for candidates.
Lead
- off meetings, debriefs, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
Participate in ETR projects and focus on sourcing passive candidates.
Who You Are:
2+ years of
-
- end recruitment experience, preferably in tech and early career hiring.
Skilled in ATS management and diverse sourcing methods (Creative Connections, referrals, networks).
Passionate about inclusive hiring and building diverse talent pipelines.
Able to manage multiple searches independently in a
- paced environment.
Strong relationship builder across all organizational levels.
Fluent in English.
Only candidates based in Lisbon Metropolitan Area will be considered.
12 months contract
Hybrid working mode.
