NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project "Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines. "

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a
- term,
- demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in geology, mining engineering, environmental management, or related fields
• General professional experience: Experience in extractive industries or natural resource governance
• Specific professional experience: Sustainable mining, ESG standards, critical raw materials value chains
• Language: English is mandatory
