Join our team as an Environmental Expert and support our EPC and Development teams by being responsible for managing environmental studies and permitting process from the early beginning to advanced stage of Renewables energy projects (Photovoltaic, BESS and Wind).

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the Development and Construction teams during the environmental studies to obtain all permits related to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Review the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and generate a tracking document for necessary permits and actions to be completed before, during, and after construction. Implement technical, environmental, and regulatory monitoring
• Scheduling, planning, and budget reporting for environmental studies
• Participation in communication activities carried out during development and construction phase with different authorities related to environment
• Implement technical, environmental, and regulatory monitoring, specific to issues encountered during the execution of the projects
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans for environmental hazards
• Prepare and present technical reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
• Make any inquiries that may arise during construction to the relevant environmental Authorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable Environmental related degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector as an Environmental specialist
• Strong knowledge in working with MS tools and environmental software related to SIG (QGIS, ARCGIS, Glint and Autocad)
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail‑oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage
