**Job Title**Environmental, Healthy & Safety Specialist - Abóboda Factory**Job Description Summary**Responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with current regulations as well as corporate and
- specific requirements. **Common Accountabilities:*** Demonstrates strong technical and functional knowledge in own discipline. * Understands Amadeus business and its relation to the role’s area of responsibility. * Works within established procedures and guidelines, providing input to support and influence decisions. * Makes recommendations for new solutions and proposes improvements based on analysis of multiple information sources. * Operates with a moderate level of guidance and direction from the manager. **Specific Accountabilities:****Security, Health, Safety & Environment*** Ensure compliance with Security, Health & Safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate and assist departments in maintaining regulatory documentation (e. g. , Plans de Prévention, Document Unique). * Overall responsibility for the Business Continuity Plan. * Support emergency preparedness, response, review, and improvement. * Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions. * Develop, implement, and improve Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. * Develop and manage the local “PDIE” (cross-company commuting plan) and shuttle services. * Track and maintain EHS KPIs. **Facilities Contracts (Potentially)*** Coordinate, supervise, and monitor Facility Services (Security, Control Office, etc. ). * Maintain contractual and other records as required. * Ensure maximum performance and compliance with contract delivery requirements. * Guarantee service quality through monitoring and control aligned with Amadeus standards. * Review supplier proposals and issue recommendations. * Negotiate with service providers to achieve cost reductions. **Other General Activities*** Maintain relevant Opera pages up to date. * Manage and maintain all relevant data and documentation. * Record and resolve client complaints, maintaining feedback records. * Suggest alternatives, improvements, and new techniques for processes and operational models. * Provide assistance or backup for the B&F Responsible when required. **Candidate Requirements*** **Education:** Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** + Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management. + Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation processes. + Experience in contract management and supplier negotiations is a plus. * **Skills:** + Strong organizational and coordination skills. + Ability to analyze information and propose improvements. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Proficiency in MS Office and relevant EHS tools. * **Languages:** Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. * **Other:** Knowledge of Amadeus business or similar corporate environments is desirable. **What we can offer you:*** A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture. * Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through
