You will be responsible to:

• Implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines with a focus on environmental compliance and sustainability;
• Manage the daily operation of industrial waste and/or wastewater treatment plants; treatment units, ensuring efficiency and legal compliance;
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits in environmental and HSE domains;
• Monitor environmental performance indicators and propose corrective actions;
• Coordinate sampling and analysis of liquid and gaseous effluents, ensuring compliance with discharge limits;
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans for environmental hazards;
• Support incident investigations related to environmental issues and contribute to root cause analysis;
• Deliver internal training sessions on environmental and HSE topics;
• Identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements in environmental systems;
• Prepare and present technical reports to support
  - making and continuous improvement.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (mandatory);
• Professional Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Legislation (desired);
• 5 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or industrial environments;
• Proven experience in operating and managing industrial waste and/or wastewater treatment plants;
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks;
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) is a plus;
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and
  - oriented mindset.
