Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers/distributors
• Develop a solid relationship with accounts at all levels through regular contacts and visits
• Respond to customer/distributor inquiries and provide technical and commercial advice, especially on welding and process gases
• Proactively promote, offer, and inform customers/distributors about new products, services, and applications to add value
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Perform commercial management of customers/distributors
• Offer the best customer/distributor experience and service level:
  • Lead internal coordination to ensure the best experience and service level for customers/distributors
• Actively participate in annual initiatives such as the “voice of the customer” to understand evolving needs
• Continuously follow up on customer/distributor feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Profitability and resource optimization:
  • Analyze account profitability and implement actions to improve it
  • Identify opportunities and ensure they are implemented according to allocated resources
• Reporting and analysis:
  • Ensure optimized use of programs and management tools/CRM (Sales
    Force, Power BI)
  • Provide regular reports on portfolio progress, new business developments, and all
    - related activities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical sales, preferably in metallic manufacturing and distributor management
• Solid understanding of gases used in processes
• Knowledge in distributor management
