Our Operations & Services business line is looking for an EPC Warranty Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:

1. Monitor plant performance to ensure alignment with contractual performance guarantees.
2. Identify and implement mitigation measures when plant performance falls below agreed thresholds.
3. Oversee and manage warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with contractual obligations.
4. Track and manage subcontractors and suppliers' bonds, claims, and liabilities during the warranty period.
5. Provide updated reports on the warranty costs incurred to date, including details of claims, resolutions, and any pending items for
   - up.
6. Ensure projects are delivered to the final client at FAC and follow FAC process.
7. Define the process for requesting activation of the EPC warranty.
8. Coordinate the management of
   - related requests by liaising with clients, stakeholders, and the O&M team.
9. Facilitate effective communication between project teams, O&M, and external stakeholders to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
10. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to address defects and performance issues.
11. Ensure timely replacement or repair of defective components in line with warranty agreements.
12. Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims, resolutions, and related costs.
13. Prepare and present regular performance and warranty status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
14. Share and implement lessons learned to enhance future project performance and warranty management.
15. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize project outcomes during the warranty phase.
16. Assist with handovers to the O&M team, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operation.
17. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards during all
    - related activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Master's degree from an engineering school.
2. Master’s degree in project management or PMP is a plus.
3. 5 years of experience in construction project management.
4. In-depth knowledge of photovoltaics.
5. In-depth knowledge of construction contract principles.
6. Profound knowledge of construction law.
7. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
8. Fluent in professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
9. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Power
   Point, Outlook, etc. ).
