What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced EPM Consultant, with a strong domain in Oracle Hyperion Planning and knowledge in public budgeting, especially in state financial planning contexts.

Minimum experience required:

• 4 years of professional experience, focusing on Oracle EPM solutions.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience with Hyperion Planning 11.
• Solid knowledge in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Experience in budget data modelling and financial reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Mandatory residence in Portugal.
• Availability for frequent trips to Africa.
• English level C1 (preferred).
• Knowledge of state regulations and sustainability practices (valued).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and design solutions for EPM projects.
• Implement budget data models and reports.
• Support project management and ensure the delivery of outputs.
• Create use cases, acceptance criteria, and support UAT testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals and training materials.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with public sector practices and regulations.
