We are looking for a Clinical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Dentsply Sirona. In this role, you will carry out sales and training activities with both DS Ambassadors and distributors, as well as the sales network. You will oversee sales
- ups, installations, and repairs, maintaining constant coordination with the installation coordinator, and you will deliver outstanding
- sales service in collaboration with the distribution network and dental professionals in the Oporto area and Northern Portugal territory.
Role: Equipment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Have a deep technical understanding of the product line you work with, as well as good knowledge of key competitors’ products/solutions and their promotions.
- Boost sales of the assigned solutions among the customers of the Ambassadors in your area and the distributor sales representatives you collaborate with.
- Plan your activities in coordination with the Ambassadors and distributors you support technically in order to close ongoing opportunities.
- Communicate
- selling opportunities within the Ambassador’s client portfolio. - Travel nationally and internationally for training, as required, to ensure ongoing and
- depth education in your area of expertise. - Deliver ad hoc training to clients upon request by Ambassadors and distributors.
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our clients’ treatments by providing training in the use of our portfolio.
- Keep the CRM updated, using it continuously and effectively.
- Provide technical support at training or commercial events when requested.
- Support the organization in its market adaptation processes.
Required Profile
- Experience in sales (knowledge of the dental sector is a strong plus).
- University education is valued, especially in
- health fields or Health Sciences. - Intermediate level of English (required).
- A person with a high level of integrity and ethics, both personally and professionally.
- Strong teaching abilities and communication skills.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
