Equity Administrator
The Equity Administrator will be responsible for the

- day activities of the company’s global restricted stock units (“RSUs”). This role will report directly to the Group Compensation Senior Manager and will be based in Porto Shared Services Center. This role interfaces extensively with the following teams: internal: Global and Regional Total Rewards, Group Finance Controlling, Legal, Audit, Payroll, and external: the Banks, RSU platform Software partner.
What will you do?
- Co-Manage the Equity platform with Finance Team ensuring data integrity and utmost accuracy.
- Support & Coordinate interface with the banks on all operations: new plan beneficiaries, new plan grants, plan participants acceptance process of terms and conditions, vest, sell to cover, accelerate acquisitions, radiations, reports, communication, etc.
- Interface with Regions Total Reward Teams and international mobility team to track employee movements or terminations.
- Prepare balance of Equity data for the Company annual report and provide auditable material for Audit team.
- Contribute to Equity analysis, propose dashboards, monitor the stock.
- Manage requests addressed via Group mailbox from HRs or plan participants.
- In periods where the Equity activity is lower, the job holder can be designated to support in administrative reward processes – compiling, consolidating, filing tasks – such as Salary Structures, routines, creation of guidelines and maintenance of existing knowledge set documents, reporting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed timeline; communicate timeline to interfaces.
- Ensure internal client satisfaction on time and quality of deliverables.
- Continuous process improvement through assessment.
Requirements
- 2 or 3 solid professional experiences in a similar role in Finance / HR / administrative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform
- audit to ensure data integrity and utmost accuracy at all times. - High proficiency and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent
- solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions. - Ability to write concisely in English.
- Ability to read French, answers can be in English.
