A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking an ERP HR Consultant to join its growing team in Portugal. Based in either Lisbon or Porto, this role offers the opportunity to work on innovative HR digital transformation projects using Dynamics 365 and related ERP platforms.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, and delivery of ERP solutions focused on Human Resources, including core HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, absence tracking, and compliance. You’ll work directly with clients to align HR technology with their business objectives.

Location:

Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (hybrid working available). Applicants must be based in Portugal or have the right to work in the country.

Salary:

Up to €45, 000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of ERP solutions for HR modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment

Support

- end implementations, including documentation, training and

- live support

Collaborate with internal delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Provide expertise on HR processes such as onboarding, talent management, leave and absence, payroll interface, and organisational structures

Advise clients on best practices for optimising HR operations through technology

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing ERP HR systems (preferably Dynamics 365, but other ERP platforms also considered)

Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems in medium to large organisations

Previous experience in a consulting or partner environment desirable

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in Portuguese and English essential
