What you will do
- Lead the ERP strategy for a new digital retail business, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Drive the

- end implementation of an ERP solution, integrating with an
- commerce platform, marketplaces and other applications. - Gather and document business requirements for the ERP, working closely with business users across finance, procurement, supply chain, product management, analytics, and marketplaces teams.
- Design the user stories, create backlog and set the priorities collaborating with business users across finance, procurement, supply chain, product management, analytics, and marketplaces teams and the development teams to ensure a seamless

- end business processes. - Develop a roadmap for the new ERP and manage the application backlog for the development team, working with the Project Manager.
- Ensure ERP solutions are scalable and flexible to support future growth and international expansion.
- Align user acceptance testing with the Business Owner and ensure the Business Owner is able to sign off on the finished product.
- Take ownership of the application and coordinate identification of answers/solutions to address business needs and feedback from the development team in a timely manner.
- Establish best practices for data integrity, automation, and reporting within the ERP ecosystem.
- Communicate proactively across business and development teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging ERP capabilities to ensure our platform remains
- edge. - Advocate for change management, ensuring seamless adoption and training across teams.
- Setup and facilitate workshops & interviews with client teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client projects.
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years of work experience in light ERPs like Zoho, Odoo with emphasis on finance and supply chain modules.
- A degree in a quantitative field (e. g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science etc. ).
- Proven experience as an ERP Product Owner or ERP Implementation Lead, with
- on expertise in ERP platforms. - Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, product management, analytics, marketplaces and other core enterprise functions.
- Track record of successful ERP deployments, from requirement gathering to
- implementation support. - Strong knowledge of Jira with ability to create, manage and update user stories, provide accesses.
- Proven expertise in running ERP workshops for requirements gathering and guiding client teams.
- Product mindset: you know how to prioritize features, balance
- offs, and deliver measurable business value. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing and guiding senior leadership.
- Agility and adaptability: you thrive in dynamic environments and excel at navigating complex challenges.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a
- driven approach to
- making. - Knowledge of programming languages, Agile, Waterfall & SDLC cycles.
- Skilled with Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good communicative skills (oral and written); fluent in English.
- Ability to innovate and deal with constantly changing environment.
- Passionate about technology, takes initiative and willing to learn new skills.
- Keeping up with latest technology trends.

- MBA or related management degree.
- Experience with data analytics,
- commerce & related technology solutions. - Professional experience in a technology domain in verticals like finance, retail, FMCG, supply chain or
