About the role

We are seeking an ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working on Africa projects. Knowledge of Celfocus Order Management product is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, designing, building, and testing integration solutions based on business requirements;
• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle;
• Identifying risks and assessing impacts on solutions;
• Ensuring best practices in software design and development;
• Leading and coaching junior team members;
• Reporting to management.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS);
• Over 2 years of experience in integration projects (TIBCO);
• Hands-on experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment);
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Availability to travel (Europe, Middle East, Africa);
• Knowledge of Celfocus Order Management Product (a plus);
• Strong teamwork skills and autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and willingness to travel;
• Collaborative mindset.
