What you will do in this role

As an Escalation Specialist, you will:

• Support crisis response efforts by manually reviewing the platform during
  - world emergencies to address content moderation issues.
• Analyze content with a high level of linguistic expertise and unbiased application of the client's rules and policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, escalating urgent issues and providing insights into emerging content trends.
• Participate in an
  - call rotation, ensuring a timely and sensitive response to emergency requests worldwide.
• Collaborate across multiple operational workflows, offering feedback and ideas to streamline and strengthen safety operations.
