Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies for real estate projects.
• Conduct audits and Support building certification projects (Wired
  Score, BREEAM, LEED, WELL)
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate sustainable practices into projects.
• Monitor and report on the ESG performance of projects.
• Stay

  - date with sustainability trends and regulations.

• Monitor and track progress of implemented sustainability initiatives
• Help prepare documentation for compliance with ESG reporting frameworks and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Higher education in Engineering, Architecture or related area.
• Proven experience in the area of sustainability and ESG for buildings and real estate
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to face new challenges and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Training in BREEAM, LEED, WELL or equivalent sustainability certification systems will be valued.
