Your Responsibilities

• Support the creation of the annual ESG report and develop ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, SECR, and local requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret ESG data and KPIs.
• Create comprehensive reports and disclosures to communicate ESG performance and respond to inquiries.
• Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and reporting standards to improve ESG practices.
• Conduct GHG emissions inventories (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and prepare accurate reports in line with standards like GHG Protocol and CDP.
• Develop and implement strategies for GHG reduction and sustainability targets, including data management systems.
• Identify opportunities for emissions reductions through energy efficiency, renewable energy, and supply chain improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ESG rating methodologies, benchmarking, and
  - specific issues.
• Understanding of financial analysis, materiality assessments, and ESG integration into investments.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
