Your Contribution – Responsibilities

• Development of our quantitative sustainability reporting according to new reporting standards such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, CBAM.
• Integrate ESG into financial strategy and trace cost of non‑compliance.
• Support the Head of ESG in ad‑hoc analyses / projects and calculate business cases.
• Independently manage SFDR disclosures and EU taxonomy reporting project.
• Track completion of disclosures and prepare management reports (monthly and quarterly).
• Independently prepare audits and manage auditors’ requests.
• Monitor standards and legislations with implications for sustainability disclosure.
• Support in processes for ESG data collection and development of indicators.
• Validate data, ensuring it is calculated, captured correctly, on time and auditable.

What makes you stand out – Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience developing quantitative sustainability reporting aligned with ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, and CBAM.
• Successfully led projects related to SFDR disclosures and EU taxonomy reporting, managing them independently from start to finish.
• Confident in preparing management reports, coordinating audits, and responding to auditor requests.
• Stay up to date with evolving ESG standards and legislation, understanding their impact on corporate disclosure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high level of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.
• Experience in implementing BI tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows to support ESG data processes.
• Passion about sustainability and thrive in cross‑functional, multinational environments.
