We’re looking for a driven and technically savvy ESI Project Specialist to join our Software Consultancy team and support the successful delivery and implementation of Elekta software across our global customer base.
This is more than a project role — it’s a unique opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, trusted customer advisor, and internal champion across software integration, solution design, and service excellence.
This is a hybrid role, and we are open to accept applications across Spain & Portugal.
What You’ll Do
- Software Project Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and success of software implementations, working closely with regional Order Fulfillment teams, Sales, and Service functions.
- Serve as the escalation point for internal and external stakeholders during software delivery projects.
- Define client requirements and provide technical documentation to support tenders, sales processes, and successful rollouts.
- Actively participate in new product rollouts and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Integration & Customization (ESI / HL7)
- Customize, configure, and test Elekta’s MOSAIQ software and related
- party applications to meet client expectations. - Manage HL7 interface implementations — plan, guide, and support customers through deployment for a seamless experience.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality standards are upheld in every delivery.
- Act as a key escalation point for HL7/ESI-related support cases, assisting the ECSC support team to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with product teams for feedback, participate in release development, and contribute to product and documentation improvements.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in software project delivery, customer support, and system implementation — preferably in Med
Tech, healthcare, or software sectors. - Strong technical expertise in HL7, SQL, VMware, Microsoft OS, server hardware, and network systems.
- Working knowledge of MOSAIQ and associated
- party software/tools. - Project management experience with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored software solutions.
- Fluency in written and verbal English & Spanish or Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
