We are looking for a Monitoring Platform Administrator for this project!

Service Description

Service integrated into Network Operations , supporting solution delivery and maintenance.

Main activities:

• IT infrastructure support for business and development teams.
• Production support, IT service delivery, and application maintenance.
• Full project lifecycle management, from design to maintenance.

3. Deliverables

• Manage, maintain, and monitor platforms.
• Perform data analysis , trend assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with central teams on incident and problem resolution .
• Document changes and maintain platform records.

4. Expertise

• Experience with monitoring platforms and data analysis .
• Knowledge of Zabbix, Net
  Scout, Grafana, Spectrum .
