Join a meaningful project. **We have an opportunity to join our team in Lisboa as HR Intern, for the Human Resources Department. **Reporting to the HR Business Partner, in this position, you will have an opportunity to learn about and get involved in different areas of HR, including:
- Support in designated HR administration
- Cooperate with HR business partner, Payroll Manager, Talent & Learning
- Management of smaller projects in Safety & Wellbeing- Participate in preparation of onboarding for new
- Ensure the update of employee data and information: keeping the employee file and documentation
- Support in processes of the different areas of expertise as Recruitment;



Learning;

Safety &Wellbeing- Participate in internal communication topics

About you
For you to succeed in this position, you must be an
- minded, proactive, and
- oriented person. Also, we believe that it is positive to have:
- Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar university
- Fluency in English and Portuguese both written and spoken is required;

Point and Excel data management
