Internship – Operations – Estarreja

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Operations team at our Production Factory in Estarreja. The intern will have the opportunity to participate actively in production processes under the supervision of experienced operators, gaining practical knowledge of the operation of a modern chemical plant.

Responsibilities

• Support in the operation and monitoring of chemical equipment and processes.
• Participate in quality control analyses.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Comply with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Record production data and incidents.
• Help with other tasks related to plant operation.

Qualifications

• Technical or academic training in relevant technical areas (technical degree, bachelor’s, or master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields).
• Basic knowledge of chemical processes and industrial equipment (preferred).
• Interest in the chemical industry and operation of industrial plants.
• Sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Availability to intern in Estarreja.
