Role context:

• Ensure proper
  - up of production requests and service availability.
• Manage activities related to application support, liaising with infrastructure teams (Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring tools, Automation, etc. ).
• Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams.

Main tasks:

• Resolving incidents;

• Monitoring production environments;
  
  
  
  
• Developing agood understanding of existing applications (functional and technical);
  
  
  
  
• Promoting a continuous improvement mindset – automation and process optimization.
