We are seeking an experienced Estate & Office Manager for a
- time position working 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily estate and office tasks with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Handle phone calls, emails and customer inquiries professionally.
• Support with order processing, invoicing and maintaining farm records.
• Assist with scheduling,
  - keeping and basic bookkeeping (experience with Sage is an advantage).
• Ensure smooth operations across administrative tasks and farm operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative support or office assistance roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage daily estate and office tasks.
• Comfortable handling phone calls, emails and customer inquiries professionally.
• Experience with scheduling,
  - keeping and basic bookkeeping; experience with Sage is an advantage.
• Able to support with order processing, invoicing and maintaining farm records.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Available for occasional weekend work during events or busy seasons.
