As a E&C Coordinator, you will be based in Europe as part of our E&C Monitoring and Response team. This team conducts periodic
- based monitoring that evaluates adherence with regulatory and internal requirements, across the life cycle of engagements, and provides recommendations for program improvements.

You will play a key role in developing Firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program. You will be instrumental in selecting samples, reviewing documentation, assessing
- compliance and supporting remediation efforts. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Firm’s Risk and Legal groups to ensure
- functional communication as it relates to monitoring results and overall remediation efforts.

Your role will be a key contributor to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of our Firm, and you will be expected to collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders across all Firm functions on the programmatic needs of the Firm while also being a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process.
Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree or advanced graduate degrees in Law or Accounting
- 3+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization
- 1+ years testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
- Experience working in highly dynamic
- functional and global teams - Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Bilingual preferred
