We seek an ETL Developer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Desired Profile

• Autonomous in carrying out development tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
• Work closely with Product Teams and other development teams when required.
• Experience with SQL for extracting data from various types of databases, such as My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and others.
• Experience with No
  SQL for extracting data from databases like Mongo
  DB, Raven
  DB, and others.
• Proficiency in popular ETL tools, such as Pentaho Data Integration, Apache Hop, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and schemas, including dimensional modelling, star schema, and fact tables.
• Ability to perform complex data transformations to meet business requirements.
• Ability to interact with and extract data from APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
• Ideally, familiarity with logistics and/or
  - port domains.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, including:
• Software development using languages like Java, C#, or Python for ETL implementation.
• Scripting for data manipulation and transformation in relational and
  - relational databases.
• Implementing ETL processes using popular tools, such as Pentaho Data Integration, Apache Hop, or equivalent.
• Proven experience participating in software/system development projects in an Agile environment.

• Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and drive projects forward, overcoming challenges and meeting goals.
• Interest in current technologies, staying updated and technically proficient.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

-Hybrid model: 1 day per week (2 weeks at the office in Sines, 2 weeks at the office in Lisbon)
