Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes, ensuring the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing ETL processes, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve ETL-related incidents, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Support and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in development and data integration.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation on ETL flows, architecture, and data pipelines.
• Work closely with data architects and DBAs to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in ETL development (e. g. , Informatica Power
  Center - IBM)
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Integration.
• Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, My
  SQL, among others).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and scheduling tools (e. g. , Control-M, Autosys).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and
  - solving.
• Good communication skills and a passion for collaborative work in a multicultural team.
• English - professional.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, GCP, AWS) will be valued.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks is a plus.
• French is highly valued but not mandatory.
