EU South - Regional Training Manager
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a EU South Regional Training Manager to join Norgine.
The core responsibilities involve accelerating Rx business transformation towards
- focused execution, leading field learning & development across the region, developing employee capabilities, advising leaders, and supporting the design, execution and optimisation of learning & development content, plans, and pathways. The role reports to the Associate Director Field Force Effectiveness and collaborates with local Heads of Commercial and other regional leaders, as well as global functions, to embed global capabilities, trainings, frameworks, and learning cultures locally.
Responsibilities
- Embed the Norgine In-Call Effectiveness (ICE) and Key Account Management (KAM) models through internal expertise and external learning partners as needed.
- Design and facilitate

- play scenarios to reinforce learning and boost confidence. - Champion digital learning and omnichannel engagement strategies; ensure content is optimized for digital formats and supports both

- face and
- remote models. - Develop and deliver impactful training sessions focused on essential customer engagement capabilities,
- person or remotely, across all engagement channels. - Develop the overall field learning framework, bringing
- practice approaches to content development, learning, and application. - Ensure Product and Scientific knowledge is understood, applied, and adopted to a high standard.
- Support the adoption and implementation of Omnichannel in customer interactions.
- Ensure local
- in to Global guidance and initiatives, working across the organization to deliver impact that serves local needs. - Help develop and curate content for the Field Force Excellence Training Academy, and own the Commercial onboarding pathway for ROCs with structured training, assessments, and validation milestones.
- Lead engaging product knowledge workshops, support ROCs with timely validation, and run capability diagnostics to identify development needs.
- Maintain training calendars and Academy content, ensuring timely execution and tracking participation, skill application, and behavioural change.
- Partner with Sales Leaders across ROCs to prioritize learning and development that is
- based, referencing the Norgine Competency Framework and Training Needs Analysis. - Coach-the-coach with Sales Leaders and District Managers to enhance leadership capabilities and coaching cascades.
- Attend field visits when required to observe selling behaviours and provide actionable feedback; assist with content development as needed.
- Support measurement of training impact using performance data and feedback loops.
- Collaborate on national cycle and regional meeting preparation and support
- play exercises to ensure team readiness. - Guide Sales Managers in performance coaching,
- driven planning, and execution excellence. - Collaborate with Global Product Strategy, ROCs, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Compliance, L&D, and other functions to align training with strategic goals.
- Contribute to design of specialized training for MSLs, Brand Managers, and others focused on effective communication and scientific engagement.
- Support product launches or localized needs with tailored training content and delivery plans; ensure compliance with code of practice, SOPs, local laws, and GDPR.
- Carry out additional duties as required by the business.
Qualifications / Desired candidate
- Fluent in English, plus at least one other business language.
- Demonstrable experience in sales training, field coaching, or related roles in commercial excellence.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, performance metrics, market differences, and typical Pharma success factors.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with technology, including Power
Point, LMS systems, and Veeva CRM/CLM. - Self-starter with the ability to contribute to strategic decision making.
- Ideally from a sales background with managerial progression.
- Ability to travel (20-40%).
