Reports to: EU Supply Chain Indirect Procurement Tower Director
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a
- class Procurement function in CCEP. You will take ownership of a key category in EU Supply Chain Indirect procurement tower (Haulage, Fleet and Logistics) and be responsible for developing and executing category strategies. The main objectives will be to optimize procurement costs and processes as well as to ensure quality and security of supply for all materials and services purchased in the category using the Total Cost of Ownership approach.
Furthermore, this position will drive CRS developments and improvements through the supply base, supporting CCEP goals, and to identify and deliver category projects to drive cost and CRS benefits.
The role can be based from either The Netherlands, Bulgaria, GB or Spain.
What to Expect:
- Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies for a key Supply Chain Indirect Category, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.
- Manage

- end procurement activities including RFIs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier performance through SRM. - Drive cost savings, budget accuracy, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization.
- Foster innovation by identifying new sourcing opportunities and leveraging
- driven solutions. - Lead the development of supplier innovation of services and products to deliver competitive advantage and cost reduction to CCEP
- Deliver risk management strategies to mitigate the impact of volatile supply markets
- Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to drive informed, proactive procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with CCEP policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement governance standards.
- Act as a procurement excellence ambassador across the organization, driving transparency and best practices.
- Improve sustainability performance by ensuring supplier compliance with CRS standards and ensure suppliers are approved and comply with TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles
- Support supply chain resilience through effective risk management and alignment with internal and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate
- functionally with supply chain planning, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment between sourcing decisions and operational requirements. - Develop an appropriate level of commercial awareness, supplier management skills and knowledge of supplier processes in other CCEP employees who manage suppliers in order to ensure that Procurement is able to deliver its core business objectives.

Skills and Essentials:
- 7+ years Procurement or category management experience required, preferably in international Logistic environment
- Proven customer orientation, personal development and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent communication skills (able to influence at a senior level)
- Experience in negotiating complex, high volume contracts
- Demonstrate the capacity to evaluate issues analytically and commercially
- Strong project and change management skills
- Team management experience
- University degree / relevant professional qualification
- Languages: Fluent English essential, proficiency in other CCEP Languages (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian) an advantage
