Risk Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing desktop devices (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution. They will also manage IMAC and
- side support services, as well as provide support for complex and soft
- fix services for laptops and desktops.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices for their entire lifecycle. This includes the remote management of desktop devices using appropriate tools. You will also analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of any potential user training requirements and automation.

Responsibilities:

1. The Onsite field Support Engineer is responsible for fulfilling Incidents/Service Requests tickets assigned to a site support group.
2. Serve as 2nd level technical focal point for client infrastructure and desktop requests.
3. Provide smart hands support (“physical hands”
   - site for information security, server, network, peripheral, and associated infrastructure).
4. Follow ITIL standards and best practices under the guidance of the ITSM organization.
5. Participate in IT project coordination.
6. Maintain and perform reporting, inventory management, and documentation requirements under site support.
7. Support active/passive network components.
8. Support industrial systems (laboratory, analysis,
   - bay rack and scale systems, etc. ).
9. Manage service providers and outsourced resources.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, project teams, and external companies.
11. Manage the lifecycle of hardware.
12. Perform troubleshooting activities in Windows clients, servers, Office 365, AD, Teams, Azure, Mobile devices, and site
    - function IT printers/equipment.
13. Organize and coordinate company events/trips requiring IT site support.
