Job Title: Business Planning & Analysis Manager

The Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager focuses on short and
- term financial planning and analysis of business operations to measure and forecast future performance. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing internal financial data such as profit and loss accounts, financial statements, costs, revenues, and return rates.
• Assessing external economic conditions like inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates and their impact on business.
• Developing financial models to forecast impacts of transactions and corporate activities.
• Managing the budget and forecast planning processes for the Surgical franchise in Region Europe.
• Driving productivity initiatives and operational excellence within BPA.
• Ensuring effective collaboration with all finance stakeholders across Europe.
• Managing the P&L for Region Europe and preparing financial plans and updates.
• Consolidating financial data for the Surgical Region Europe.
• Partnering with financial stakeholders and providing clear financial insights to support
  - making.
• Monitoring costs and challenging profit improvement strategies.
• Driving process improvements and ensuring transparency of financial data.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or similar; Master in Business Administration is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting within an international environment, with project management skills.
• Strong finance and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of accounting and reporting rules.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining financial data to
  - finance colleagues.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of local languages is a plus.
