- oriented Europe Indirect Procurement Lead to spearhead tactical sourcing activities from its thriving Shared Service Hub in Krakow, Poland.

What the Role Entails:

Leading a Powerhouse Team: The Indirect Procurement Lead will oversee a
- performing team of approximately 35 procurement professionals, including 3 direct reports (supervisors and domain experts), driving operational excellence and continuous development.

Driving European Impact: This role is the driving force behind all tactical sourcing execution across Europe, managing substantial indirect materials and services (IMS) spend, over €400m, and delivering significant value.

Influencing & Standardizing: The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across local and global procurement hubs, aligning expectations and leading standardization initiatives across diverse European markets.

Championing Innovation: The position is at the forefront of implementing innovative, digitalized solutions to elevate procurement processes and boost transparency.

Shaping the Future: This pivotal role contributes to a business transformation, impacting how the organization operates globally and contributes to strategic objectives.

What is Required:

A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years in Procurement, with significant multinational exposure.

5+ years proven leadership experience, especially leading large teams (30+ people) with a focus on accountability and performance.

Strong background in indirect materials and services (IMS) procurement, with experience in
- volume tactical sourcing.

Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills – a true storyteller!

Agile, resilient, and thrives in
- moving, ambiguous environments.

Exposure to and involvement in regional or global sourcing projects is a valuable asset.
