Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate supply chain planning processes at European level, ensuring resource optimization, operational efficiency and alignment with customer needs across the different business units of the company.
• Develop supply planning strategy inside SC organization.
• Experience on managing demand, supply and capacity planning in a
  - site company.
• Lead a central planning team with people based in different countries.
• Implement a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure strong alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, scenarios execution and inventory optimization.
• Develop and improve current planning processes (shot, mid and long horizon) to minimize operational cost ensuring service level.
• Automate existing processes always with continuous improvement mindset.
• Set and present clear KPIs for the department.
• Plant Management member in Portuguese plant, representing SC role inside the plant.

We are looking for:

• Experience in managing multicultural and
  - sites teams.
• Experience in Planning roles, as well as leadership positions.
• Strong analytical skills and
  - solving ability.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to travel, mainly across production sites.
