We seek a highly organized Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

Remote Flexibility
This role is remote, preferably based in the EU for logistical reasons, but open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include vendor relations, budget tracking, calendar management, and reporting, providing valuable experience in logistics and international coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Event & Logistics Support: Coordinate international events, liaise with venues and vendors, monitor timelines.
- Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, manage payments, support reporting.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, travel logistics.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, organize event files, track contracts.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years in executive support, event coordination, or finance.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and expenses.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and
- savviness. - Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
