As we expand, we're seeking an Event Coordinator fluent in Portuguese and English to join our

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute 10+ international events annually

Engage partners, oversee event logistics, collaborate with stakeholders, and create engaging,
- quality experiences.

Community engagement

Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools in our existing network.

Identify and establish new partnerships in target regions to support business development initiatives.

Lead efforts to involve and inspire high school staff, students, parents, and partners for successful virtual and
- person events.

Market insights

Gain an
- depth understanding of the regions and markets, providing valuable intelligence to support the sales team in increasing the portfolio of participating universities.

Networking and representation

Represent SRT Fairs at conferences and events, extending the network of contacts and promoting our services.

Utilize Linked
In and community groups to network and strengthen professional connections.

Travel and leadership

Be the face and voice of SRT Fairs in the target countries.

Travel regularly to oversee operations, lead events
- site and virtually, and embody the company's mission and values.

Team collaboration

Work closely with the SRT Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless planning, promotion, and execution of all events.

Data and communications management

Maintain accurate CRM records, execute targeted email campaigns, and coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Experience

Education

University degree required.

Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (C2 level). Spanish is a strong advantage.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years working in structured teams.

At least 1 year of
- on experience using a CRM system.
