About GG:

At Golden Goose Events, we staff standout people for standout experiences. We're now hiring 6–10 hostesses and 1 team leader for a choreographed brand visibility activation at the SBC Summit in Lisbon

The Role:

This is a
- driven activation designed to attract attention and curiosity on the exhibition floor. The team will move together in coordinated style, pausing at booths and interacting with attendees when approached

Event Details:

• Location: SBC Summit, Lisbon, Portugal
• Dates & Times:

Tuesday 16 Sept, 12:00 - 15:00h (3h activation, 5h minimum booking)

Wednesday 17 Sept, 12:00 - 15:00h (3h activation, 5h minimum booking)

TL: 1 extra hour for uniform coordination

Pay:

• Hostesses: €16/hour gross (10h - 160€ gross)
• Team Leader: €17. 60/hour gross + (176€ gross)
• Contract Type: Freelance / Recibo Verde

Profiles We’re Looking For:

Hostesses:

• Minimum height: 1. 70 m
• Confident, elegant appearance suited to a formal dark dress or tailored suit
• English-speaking preferred
• Experience in brand activations or
  - visibility roles is a plus

Please note: Due to uniform sizing and the visual style of the activation, this role is best suited to individuals who meet the wardrobe specifications.

Team Leader:

• Responsible, organized, and proactive
• Experience managing staff or brand activations preferred

Main Tasks:

Hostesses:

• Move as a group across the exhibition floor to spark curiosity
• Stop at booths and hand out business cards when approached

Team Leader:

• Oversee the team’s coordination and flow
• Manage and distribute uniforms
• Ensure team is correctly dressed and performing the assigned tasks

Dress Code:

• Provided by client: dark dresses or tailored suits, dark hats, sunglasses
• Must be worn with confidence and a professional attitude
